Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, special campaigns, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
Parachutes for Pets is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the package can be resent.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
Parachutes for Pets is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs delays, or other transit issues.
If your package appears to be lost, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. You may also contact us at info@parachutesforpets.com and we will do our best to assist.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, taxes, or brokerage charges that may apply upon delivery.
These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping costs.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@parachutesforpets.com.

Final Sale Policy
All purchases made through our online shop are final sale.
